Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the following model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.

Returns

The goods must be returned unused, complete, and in their original packaging. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return, unless the delivery was executed incorrectly by us. Certain products are excluded from return, such as perishable goods, personalized items, or hygiene products.

Refunds

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected by us, we will refund the purchase price via the original payment method within 14 days. Partial refunds may be issued if the goods show signs of use or are not returned in their entirety.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or delivered incorrectly. If you have any questions, please send an e-mail to info.veyrox@gmail.com.

Vouchers / Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of the purchase price upon receipt of the return. If not, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Please do not send the goods back to the manufacturer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if the value of the goods exceeds €75.
