1. Shipping Destinations Veyrox(UG)(IG) currently ships exclusively within the United States. Orders placed for delivery to other countries may be automatically cancelled.
2. Processing Time All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding German public holidays.

Processing Time: 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If tracking is available, it will be included in this message.
3. Shipping Costs & Estimated Delivery Time Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination within the U.S.

Estimated Delivery Time: 4–10 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, U.S. Customs processing, holidays, or seasonal peaks.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes As your order is shipped from Germany to the United States, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once it reaches the U.S. border.

5. Shipment Tracking If your selected shipping method supports tracking, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Depending on the carrier, tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect in the system.
6. Customer Responsibility for Delivery Address It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. Veyrox(UG)(IG) is not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages resulting from incorrect customer data.
7. Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Shipments Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, Veyrox(UG)(IG) is no longer in control of the transit risks.

If your order arrives damaged: Take clear photos of the packaging and the item, and email them along with your order number to info.veyrox@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

For delayed or lost shipments: We will assist you in communicating with the carrier, but we are not liable for carrier errors or delays.
